Terms of Service

These Terms apply to both NeurLead Dispatch (for business owners) and NeurLead Tech (for field technicians). "We," "us," and "NeurLead" mean Rakhimov Enterprise LLC. "You" means the person or business using the Service.

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use NeurLead

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be operating a legitimate business in the United States
  • You must have legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that business
  • You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended or terminated your account

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans

NeurLead offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Current pricing is listed at neurlead.com/#pricing. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We store only your Stripe customer ID and the last 4 digits of your card — never the full card number.

No In-App Purchases

Subscriptions are managed exclusively through our website (aidispatch.us or neurlead.com). We do not sell subscriptions through Apple App Store In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, visit the Billing section in your web dashboard.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period to update your card. After that, your account will be restricted (read-only) until the balance is cleared. After 30 days of non-payment, we may terminate the account with notice.

Price Changes

We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

3. Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime from the Billing section on the web dashboard
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds for partial periods, unless required by law
  • After cancellation, your data is kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted — giving you time to export or reactivate
  • Refund requests are handled case-by-case: email kuparan.ru@gmail.com

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NeurLead to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or deceptive communications to customers
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any customer or third party
  • Offer illegal services or violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Impersonate another person, business, or brand
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from the platform
  • Attempt to access another tenant's data
  • Violate Thumbtack's Pro policies, Google LSA policies, or Facebook Advertising policies when using those lead-source integrations
  • Share your login credentials with people who are not authorized staff members under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

5. Your Data, Your Customers

You own the data you bring into or create inside NeurLead — leads, customer records, messages, job photos, and settings. We are a processor acting under your direction, not an independent controller of your customer data.

  • We will not sell or share your customer data with any party not listed in our Privacy Policy
  • We will not use your customer data to train AI models without explicit written consent
  • If you delete your account, all your data is deleted within 30 days (billing records kept 7 years per tax law)
  • You can export your data at any time by emailing kuparan.ru@gmail.com

6. Field Technician Accounts

Technicians are invited by the business owner to use the NeurLead Tech app. Technicians:

  • Are granted access by their employer (the account owner), not independently
  • Have their personal data (name, phone, device info) processed under both our Privacy Policy and the employer's own privacy obligations
  • Lose access immediately when the employer removes them from the account
  • Should contact their employer first with data-access or deletion requests — employers can then submit a request to us on the technician's behalf

7. AI-Generated Content

NeurLead uses AI (Claude by Anthropic, optionally Gemini by Google) to draft responses on your behalf. You acknowledge:

  • AI responses may not always be perfectly accurate or appropriate for your business
  • You are ultimately responsible for all communications sent from your account, whether AI-drafted or manual
  • AI suggestions are not legally binding quotes, contracts, or guarantees
  • You can turn off AI auto-responses at any time from the dashboard

8. Service Availability

We do our best to keep NeurLead running smoothly, but we make no uptime guarantee (no SLA) for the current subscription tiers. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance (we'll try to notify you in advance)
  • Experience unplanned outages due to cloud provider issues, Twilio/Anthropic API downtime, or other factors outside our control

We will not be liable for lost leads, missed calls, or business losses caused by downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty — express or implied
  • We are not liable for lost revenue, lost leads, missed jobs, or any indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. How We May Terminate Your Account

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • Fraud or abuse: immediately, without notice
  • Violation of Acceptable Use (§4): immediately or after a warning, at our discretion
  • Non-payment: after a 30-day notice and cure period

On termination, you lose access to the dashboard. Your data is retained for 30 days, then deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved through arbitration (see §12) shall be litigated in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Please read this carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of NeurLead that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Miami, FL (or by video/phone if both parties agree). The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Class-action waiver

You and NeurLead both waive the right to bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. All claims must be brought individually.

Opt-out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to kuparan.ru@gmail.com within 30 days of first creating your account. Your notice must include your name, email, and a statement that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

Exceptions

Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property, data security, or unauthorized access.

13. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on NeurLead infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to:

  • Email: kuparan.ru@gmail.com — subject: "DMCA Notice"
  • Include: a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the infringing content, your contact info, and a statement of good faith and accuracy under penalty of perjury

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will:

  • Email you at least 30 days before the changes take effect
  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
